Exophytic-endophytic neoplasm

Before the New Year holidays, patient L., 36 years old, came for examination. Complaints of abdominal pain of unclear genesis for a year. The patient was comprehensively examined, but the cause of the pain was not established. A week ago, the patient underwent colonoscopy and gastroscopy, where no pathology was found.
On video capsule endoscopy, an exophytic-endophytic neoplasm up to 30 mm in size was visualised in the c/3 of the ileum, lymphoma? The patient was referred for further investigation.
