Scarring deformity of the intestinal lumen

Patient P,, 36 years old, came for video capsule endoscopy. A year ago, he underwent this examination in another clinic, where he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease of the small intestine. However, after conservative treatment, the symptoms remained, so the attending physician referred me for a second examination.
The video capsule endoscopy in n/3 of the ileum showed scarring deformity of the intestinal lumen, stricture. In this area, the video capsule was delayed and did not enter the colon during the examination, but the next day the video capsule came out naturally on its own. The patient was referred for a consultation with a proctologist.
