Small intestinal polyps

Patient K., born in 1996, had complaints of abdominal distension and even partial intestinal obstruction. He was admitted to a surgical hospital at the place of residence, where the intestinal obstruction was eliminated.
Colonoscopy revealed no pathology. Gastroscopy revealed multiple polyps from 5 to 8 mm. The patient was referred for video capsule endoscopy for further examination of the small intestine.
The video capsule endoscopy showed multiple gastric polyps from 5 to 8 mm and multiple small intestinal polyps ranging in size from 10 mm to 40 mm.
